Important Change to Your Generis Licensing Model Effective 01 August 2026

Effective 01 August 2026, we will be changing the operator of the Generis platform. The booking and payment process for your Generis licenses will in future be handled entirely by LZE GmbH. This transition enables professional customer support and payment processing through LZE GmbH, while allowing us at Fraunhofer to focus on content updates and further development for you.

As part of this transition, we will also be adjusting our license structure in Generis. In the future, the Single and Floating Single license types will differ only in the number of users. The Single license will thus include significantly more features than before.

New features in the Single license:

  • Migration of projects / database upgrade
  • Generis expert analysis
  • Use of custom Excel reporting templates
  • The team functionality will continue to remain exclusive to the Floating Single license.

Additionally, in the coming weeks we will be introducing a new dashboard that provides you with a clear overview and analysis of your projects directly within the software interface.

New annual prices effective 01 August 2026:

  • Single license: €1,950 per year
  • Floating Single license: €4,200 per year

Your current licenses are not affected by this price change — it will only take effect once you purchase a new license.
